Sierra Link reserves the right to remove infringing content and terminate accounts at its discretion. Any disputes will be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
Unsolicited commercial emails (spam) are prohibited. Violations may result in account suspension or termination:
The storage and distribution of adult content are strictly prohibited. Violators will face account termination at management’s discretion.
The storage and distribution of torrents or links to torrent sites are not allowed.
Users must not attempt to bypass security measures or access unauthorized data. Any violations may incur criminal or civil liability.
Sierra Link retains ownership of all IP addresses assigned to users and reserves the right to change them at its discretion.
Material accessed through Sierra Link services is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Users must not infringe upon these rights while using our network.
Sierra Link can cancel services at any time. Fees paid in advance will be pro-rated upon cancellation initiated by Sierra Link. Customers may cancel their subscriptions at any time; however, prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable.
Customers may upgrade their plans at any time during their subscription period. Credits for unused portions will be applied toward the new subscription.
Accounts are set to auto-renew based on selected frequencies (weekly, monthly, annually). Contact us to change your billing frequency.
All accounts operate on a pre-pay basis with guaranteed pricing for the term. Accounts not current within seven days of notice may be suspended. A fee of $50 will apply for returned checks or chargebacks.
Sierra Link is not liable for content distributed through customers’ websites and makes no warranties regarding service performance. We reserve the right to deny service to anyone deemed a risk and to revise policies without prior notification.
Customers agree to defend and indemnify Sierra Link against claims arising from their use of services, including injuries caused by products sold through our servers and copyright infringement claims.
