When Remote Desktop connection Protocol (RDP) doesn’t connect to your VPS, your system is having problems connecting through RDP or it is not compatible (Chromebook), you can always use the VNC feature from your client’s area to connect to the VPS inside a browser window.
1. Log into client area.
2. Click "View Details" button of the VPS.
3. Click VNC button here.
4. Click Launch HTML 5 VNC Client button.
5. That's it.
